We are proud to be working with Architecture Unknown to provide expert planning and civil engineering advice for the transformation of the disused Middleton Conservative Club in Greater Manchester. We are working collaboratively with the client and Architecture Unknown to convert this historic building in Middleton Town Centre into a bespoke banqueting hall and wedding venue.
The proposed transformation will see the derelict land to the rear of the building converted into a bespoke car park with new planting, and a state-of-the-art sustainable drainage system, promoting sustainability at the heart of the project, bringing a historically valuable building back into viable use, securing its long-term future.
