This exciting opportunity gives landowners the chance to play a part in shaping the future of the area.
Individual landowners or organisations with land in the boundary of Amber Valley, which includes Alfreton, Belper, Duffield, Heanor, and Ripley, can put their site forward for consideration. Sites can be of any type or size and can be considered for any form of development listed below;

Town Centre Regeneration
Gypsy and Traveller Sites
Tourism and Leisure Opportunities
Energy Generation
Wildlife Conservation
As well as built developments, the Council want to extend the opportunity to involve those who wish to include their sites as part of wildlife habitat projects, tree planting and environmental restoration.
